Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping for orders over €150.00 to all countries within the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before purchase.

The delivery time within Germany is approx. 2-4 working days and approx. 3-5 working days within the EU.

For all deliveries outside Europe, delivery time is usually between 4-9 working days and import duties may apply (fees, import duties, VAT) as determined by the destination country.

They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package reaches your country. Viky Rader Studio does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's guidelines.
