If you have not received a shipping confirmation, you can contact us using our contact form and we will send you the shipping confirmation again.

To ensure shipping as quickly as possible, your order will be sent to our shipping warehouse and processed immediately after completion. We cannot therefore guarantee a subsequent change or cancellation of the order. Simply send us an email or message using the contact form and we will try our best.
If we are unable to do this and you receive the order in error, simply send it back to us upon receipt.

We strive to get your package ready for dispatch and to hand it over to our logistics partners as quickly as possible. Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. Please note that due to increased order volumes (e.g. special sales promotions), delivery times may be slightly longer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Orders with a value of €350 or more are free of shipping costs within Germany and Austria.

If you would like to make use of your right to return, you can easily register your return via our returns portal within 14 days of receipt . Enter the order number and your email address that you provided when ordering and receive a free label or QR code for national returns .

If you have created a returns label in our returns portal, you can track your return online at any time using the tracking number. Please always send returns outside Germany with the option to track the shipment to ensure that the package does not get lost.
Even if your package has already arrived according to tracking, please give us some time to process your return (up to 7 working days ). As soon as your return is checked, you will be notified by email and, if necessary, a refund will be issued to you. Depending on the payment method, this takes a further 2-3 working days. If you have any questions about your return, we will contact you.

Unfortunately the item does not appear to have been returned to us in its original condition. Our returns department checks all returns thoroughly for condition, defects or odors. If an item has defects, we unfortunately have to reject your return as we cannot resell the item. You are welcome to respond to the return rejection email and describe the matter to us.

This is of course very annoying and does not meet our standards at all. In this case, we ask you to contact our customer service by email or contact form. For this we also need pictures of the damaged item including the outer packaging. After receiving the email, we will discuss the case with our complaints department and get back to you as soon as possible.
We also ask you to keep the outer packaging until we respond, as the damage may have been the fault of the shipping service provider and we also need the outer packaging to report the damage.
