Thank you for shopping at Viky Rader Studio . We hope you are happy with your order. If this is not the case, you can return it to us 14 days after receipt . Within 14 days of receipt, you can easily return the item via our returns portal register. To do this, enter your order number and email , register the return or exchange and receive a label or a QR code for free national return shipping .
For returns from abroad, the customer must bear the respective return costs themselves.

It's a shame that you are not satisfied with the product. Of course, in this case you can make use of your right of return. We are of course also happy to help with guarantee or warranty cases.

Please note that we can only take back goods that are in their original, unworn condition.
As soon as we receive the return, it will be checked and, if necessary, the return transfer will be arranged. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. A processing time of up to 7 working days (after receipt of the goods) can be expected.

If you have created a returns label in our returns portal, you can track your return online at any time using the tracking number. Please always send returns outside Germany with the option to track the shipment to ensure that the package does not get lost.
Even if your package has already arrived according to tracking, please give us some time to process your return (up to 7 working days ). As soon as your return is checked, you will be notified by email and, if necessary, a refund will be issued to you. Depending on the payment method, this takes a further 2-3 working days. If you have any questions about your return, we will contact you.
As soon as we receive the return, it will be checked and, if necessary, the return transfer will be arranged. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. A processing time of up to 7 working days (after receipt of the goods) can be expected.
A refund is usually made within approx. 2-3 working days after the return has been checked and processed. The refund will generally only be made in the same way you placed the order.
Unfortunately the item does not appear to have been returned to us in its original condition. Our returns department checks all returns thoroughly for condition, defects or odors. If an item has defects, we unfortunately have to reject your return as we cannot resell the item. You are welcome to respond to the return rejection email and describe the matter to us.
This is of course very annoying and does not meet our standards at all. In this case, we ask you to contact our customer service by email or contact form. For this we also need pictures of the damaged item including the outer packaging. After receiving the email, we will discuss the case with our complaints department and get back to you as soon as possible.
We also ask you to keep the outer packaging until we respond, as the damage may have been the fault of the shipping service provider and we also need the outer packaging to report the damage.
