HOW IT WORKS:
Within a period of 14 days after delivery, you have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal and sending your order back to us.
Should you decide to return one of the ordered products to us, please use our Return portal within Germany.

EXCHANGE ?
If you want to exchange an article, the easiest way is to send the article back and place a new order.
RETURN COSTS
For returns within the EU, we will send you a return slip after contacting you.

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. In the event that the goods are damaged when they arrive at our returns warehouse, we will send them back to you.
